Dr. Energy Saver Delmarva is looking for a highly motivated and positive individual to serve on our team of Customer Service Representatives. This individual must possess: strong organizational, customer service and time management skills; high attention to and accuracy in detail; basic to proficient computer skills; the ability to troubleshoot; and excellent verbal communication skills. This individual must also be highly comfortable speaking with our current and prospective customers on the phone, both for inbound informational/troubleshooting calls, and outbound sales calls to schedule sales appointments or annual maintenance.

JOB SUMMARY:
Performs a variety of administrative tasks to support all departments of the company. Primary telephone contact for all customer interactions including answering calls, setting sales or service appointments, mailing customers information, and following up with customers on a variety of issues. Coordinates workflow of all appropriate paperwork and phone calls regarding job proposals including confirmation calls and breaking down job folders.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
