is seeking an Off-Centered Part-Time Accounting Wonder to support our purchasing and inventory roles. This accounting guru will work hand-in-hand with the other members of our accounting team to make sure everything is cross checked and double checked. The generalist s to-do list will include keeping track of project invoices, entering production activity, managing vendor payments, and assisting with banking transactions. It may not be printed on your business card, but consider expense report guru one of your many roles. Your perfectionist approach will prove invaluable when you jump in to tackle monthly reconciliations. The person to fill this role will be excited about what the position entails now but even more psyched about what is to come. Dogfish is moving forward, changing and growing just like this role!
What You Need To Land This Gig:
The qualified candidate must have a degree in accounting or 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment, inventory and accounts payable in your past life will make life in this role extra awesome. Excel must be your bestie! Experience in an ERP environment is a huge plus. Candidates need to embody good judgment and have exceptional problem-solving skills. You must be an excellent spoken and written communicator who can build rapport and relationships across departments. The perfect candidate for this position will be adaptable, crazy organized and have killer time management skills. This will be a part-time position.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
